**Effective January 1st, 2025, Bridges Event Space will be charging clients for use of the space. Pricing will be based on individual needs and discounts are available for ratified MSU Clubs, MSU Services, and Non-MSU Student Groups. Clients will receive a formal estimate after completing the Booking Request Form found below.
Bridges Event Space, managed by the MSU Clubs Department, stands as a beacon of inclusivity and community on campus. Established in 2005, originally as Bridges Cafe, it has transformed from a cafe into a dynamic social and event hub. Located on the west side of McMaster University’s campus, just a few steps away from the GO Bus station, adjacent to Wallingford Hall, and beneath the Phoenix Restaurant, it is in the perfect location for your event! Bridges Event Space is a prime spot for promoting your MSU Club, Service, or faculty society.
This venue is ideal for hosting movie nights, poetry readings, club socials, and more! Its open concept, modular seating, and built-in AV equipment make it adaptable to different types of events.
