At the McMaster University chapter of CANFAR, our mission is to raise awareness and funds for HIV/AIDS research in Canada. We are dedicated to continuing the fight against HIV-related stigma, discrimination, and prejudice, building on the activism of the 1980s. Our vision is to foster a McMaster student body that is well-informed on sexual health, harm reduction, safe sex, and the history of HIV/AIDS, empowering our peers to create a more inclusive and supportive community.
