WIPS aims to articulate the needs of every female and female-identifying pre-law student of McMaster University and see to it that every possibility of fulfilling that need is examined. We intend to create a welcoming atmosphere for all students seeking to pursue a career in the legal field. We strive to address the issues that women face throughout their career development and to empower and equip them with the tools to excel in their legal career.
