MSU Hot Spot Device Service Agreement
This agreement is made between MSU Hot Spot and the Customer on the date signed below.
1. Service Authorization
By signing this agreement, the Client authorizes MSU Hot Spot to perform diagnostic and repair services on their device(s).
2. Device Condition
The Client acknowledges that their device may have pre-existing damage or issues. MSU Hot Spot will document visible damage upon receipt but is not responsible for undiscovered pre-existing conditions.
3. Data Security
- The Client is solely responsible for backing up all data before service
- MSU Hot Spot assumes no responsibility for data loss, corruption, or recovery
- The Client acknowledges that repair services may result in complete data loss
4. Liability Waiver
The Client agrees that MSU Hot Spot shall not be liable for:
- Any damage to the device during repair attempts
- Hardware failures during or after service
- Loss of stored information or data
- Consequential damages arising from device malfunction
- Delays in service completion
5. Abandoned Devices
Devices left unclaimed for 30 days after service completion will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or recycled.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of service. MSU Hot Spot reserves the right to hold devices until payment is received.
