Mac Feedback Series: Opportunity to share thoughts on MSU services and enhance student life
Mac Feedback Series: FCC, Spark, Maccess, EFRT
Each year, the McMaster Students Union conducts a series of reviews on some of its student services. Feedback surveys are a large part of the review process, as they help give a glimpse into the perception and impact of these services among the undergraduate population. Currently, there are four surveys open, looking for feedback on the Food Collective Centre (FCC), Spark, Maccess, and the Emergency First Response Team (EFRT).
All students, regardless of one’s level of interaction with one or any of the services involved, are encouraged to participate. For each survey completed, a respondent has a chance to win one of the following gift cards: $50 to the Grind, $50 to TwelvEighty, or $50 to the Campus Store.

“It is important to hear what students have to say about MSU services so that the organization can incorporate those thoughts and impressions into its annual review process”, says Sim Singh, Associate Vice-President, Services. “Ultimately, that feedback is essential in helping shape MSU services, to meet the needs of McMaster students.”
