Pediatric Mental Health Initiative was founded in 2020 and is one of the first committees at MAC that aims to build awareness around mental health and development. The initiative focuses its core around children, including young adolescents. PMHI advocates for the importance of developing healthy emotional, psychological, and social well-being characteristics from a young age. Our team is committed to ending the stigma and misconceptions about mental health at an early age and promotes the spread of awareness that can help detect early signs of a deteriorating state of well-being.
