McMaster Liberty in North Korea (LiNK) aims to fundraise and raise awareness for North Korean refugees who are attempting to escape and resettle in South Korea. We host information sessions online and in-person where McMaster students can learn more about the deplorable, harsh conditions many North Koreans face. We also hold bake sales and fundraisers to raise money for these refugees. All proceeds from these events go to Liberty in North Korea, an international organization that aims to help North Korean defectors across Northern China and into South Korea.
