Virtual Health Care

Dialogue is the virtual health care platform that powers two services available to eligible McMaster students: Virtual Mental Health Care and Virtual Physical Health Care.

Full-time undergraduate students have access to Virtual Mental Health Care, formerly known as the Student Assistance Program (SAP). This service provides confidential, 24/7 access to mental health and wellness support.

NEW for 2026–2027: Virtual Physical Health Care was approved by McMaster students through the 2026 referendum. This service provides virtual access to health care professionals for a range of everyday physical health needs, from wherever you are.

Explore the services below to learn more, register, access your benefits, and download the Dialogue app.
